1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Next43 is operated by Studio 43, LLC ("Next43," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request resources, book a call, contact us, or receive our communications. It does not replace any separate data-processing terms agreed for a client engagement.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, website, and business information you choose to share, such as goals, current systems, operational challenges, and the content of inquiries or correspondence.
- Forms and booking: information entered in resource-request and scheduling forms, appointment details, communication preferences, and records of consent or opt-out requests. We use LeadZapper / GoHighLevel (GHL) for forms, booking, customer relationship management, and related communications.
- Technical information: our hosting and technology providers may receive IP addresses, device and browser information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and error or security logs when you use the site or load embedded services.
The customer-value calculator operates in your browser; its entered value is not sent to Next43 by the calculator. The printable 43X Quick Score is completed offline. We do not receive your scorecard answers unless you choose to share them with us.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, handle resource requests, schedule and prepare for calls, manage relationships, provide agreed services, send relevant communications consistent with your choices, maintain consent and suppression records, improve our website and services, troubleshoot problems, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.
4. Cookies, embedded services, and planned analytics
Cookies and similar technologies can store identifiers or preferences in your browser. Embedded forms and calendars may use these technologies to operate their services and may receive technical information when loaded, even if you do not submit a form. Their providers' policies also describe their processing.
We plan to use Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the site. As of the date above, a Next43 Google Analytics integration has not been installed on this website. If activated, it may use cookies and collect device/browser information and website activity, such as pages visited and interactions. Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics use will depend on the configuration and any consent required by applicable law.

5. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information as needed to service providers that help us operate our business, including LeadZapper / GHL, hosting and infrastructure providers, email and messaging providers, and Google if Analytics is activated. These disclosures support the functions described in this policy, not the sale of your contact details.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, obtain professional advice, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law and the protections in this policy. We may disclose information at your direction. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices; linking to them does not guarantee those practices.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide that information to messaging platforms, carriers, and other service providers only as necessary to deliver and administer our messaging program, honor opt-outs, or meet legal obligations. This restriction also applies to the disclosures described above.
6. Text messages and communication choices
If you opt in, Next43 may send texts about your inquiry, appointments, requested resources, services, or promotions, according to the consent you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to a Next43 text to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact eric@next43.ai or 615-926-2491. You may also contact us to withdraw consent or report a changed or reassigned number. We retain appropriate opt-out records to help respect your choice. See the SMS provisions in our Website Terms.
For promotional email, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to respond to your requests, administer an existing engagement, or satisfy legal obligations.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include the nature of the inquiry or relationship, service needs, legal and recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution, and the need to maintain consent or opt-out records. When information is no longer needed, we seek to delete it or de-identify it, subject to legitimate backup and legal retention needs.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and how it is handled. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records, or other sensitive information through ordinary inquiry forms or messages.
8. Your requests and privacy rights
You may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or update communication preferences. Depending on your location, applicable law, and whether that law applies to our processing, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; or appeal a decision about your request.

You may contact the appropriate privacy regulator where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by law.
9. Business audience and location
This website is intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Next43 operates from the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, and privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Applicable legal protections still apply.
